Yoga Pose
Lion Pose (Static)
Sit on your heels and bring your hands up- in fists, palms facing out- to either side of your neck. Hands are shoulders width apart.
*Relax and lengthen your low back.
Inhale
Close your eyes and scrunch up your face while tightening your fists.
Exhale
Completely, with a long and whispery “HAAAAA” as you open your eyes, hands, and mouth, stretching your tongue out to your chin and pulling your belly button in towards your spine. Get all the breath out!
*Repeat 5-10 times.
