In a Private Sound Healing Session you hear, feel, and experience the simple yet powerful unison, harmony, and octave relationships of single tone instruments like tuning forks and quartz crystal bowls, the musical/mathematical language of Pythagorean intervals, and the specific vibrational qualities of the chakras. This helps you to remember these sensations and qualities within you, activating a deep resonance, allowing for vibrational re-patterning. Then your PERSONAL VIBRATION can be it’s most vital, most powerful, most truthful and healthy expression of All-You-Are.
I describe Private Sound Healing Sessions like “sound massage”, as sound and vibration are essentially movement, subtle motion. Therefore, it is change, variation, possibility, adjustment, fluidity. When we hear or apply sound to a body or system, it allows that body or system the opportunity/possibility to re-pattern and recalibrate back to health.
Sound Healing sessions are 60-90 minutes and you relax, fully clothed, on a massage table.
