Yoga Pose
Easy Pose /SUKHASANA (Static)

Sit on the floor with both legs outstretched.
Bend the knees and bring the feet in, but tuck both feet under the opposite thighs.
If your knees are higher than your hips, place a folded blanket (or two) under your sit bones so that your hips can remain in neutral position and your low back and inner thighs can relax.
Bring hands into Gyan Mudra.
*Take 10-15 breaths.
*Release and repeat with the opposite foot/lower leg in front position.
