Notice the birdsong.
I live on a very quiet city street not far from a big city park and I must say I am blessed to have a beautiful chorus of birdsong all throughout the day.
And the thing I've noticed this year is the purity of a bird's song.
Yes, one might say it's repetitive, and maybe even (anthropomorphically so) boring.
In years past I may have even said the same thing.
"How can they just sing the same thing over and over again?"
But this year I'm noticing something quite different.
That bird knows exactly what it's saying and why it's saying it,
and it sings it out at a time of day when its message (read: precious vibrational seed) is most likely to be well received by its intended recipient,
carried on and enhanced by a warm, sweet spring wind.
As I mention in the video above, "Vishuddha" is the Sanskrit word for the Throat Chakra, and it means "pure" and "purification".
So this year I'm thinking/ feeling the purity of a bird's song.
It is wonderfully and powerfully repetitive.
It says what it says over and over, creating a vibrational point and a vibrational field that attracts to it a vibrational match.
And this is all very powerful Throat Chakra teaching, in fact.
Throat Chakra says:
- Speak your truth.
- Stick to that. (Speak about what you know/ have direct experience with/ feel passionately about/ and what your are prepared to do something about.)
- Less is more.
- Walk your talk.
- Do what you say you are going to do, and feel the satisfaction of that.
- Feel the sense of ALIGNMENT and POWER that comes from BEING YOUR WORD in the world.
Thank you birds for your pure bird songs, and the Throat Chakra teachings that come with them.
May we all sing the songs we have come here to sing!
