WHY:

In a world of conflict & disharmony, with one side insisting or forcing to change or convert the other to sameness, we need to and have to practice listening, feeling, understanding, remembering and valuing harmony.

Harmony is defined as:

Compatibility, a congruity of parts with one another and with the whole,

a coherent state of things.

Sonically speaking, harmony is when two or more notes, distinct and very different notes, play well together.

Harmony is not seeking unison or sameness, but rather allowing each other to be different, and letting that difference or combination be somehow pleasing and feel “whole”.

Sound can teach us this.  Sound can help us to remember the value and beauty of harmony, to allow us to feel these harmonious relationships in our bones, and to seek to create these harmonious relationships with one another.

The crystal bowls I play are specifically tuned to Pythagorean* frequencies and intervals and therefore they generate the same sonic harmony and proportionality as the visual harmony and proportionality of the spiraling Fibonacci sequence and Da Vinci’s Vitruvian Man.

In other words, these frequencies are "in tune" with the same “musical math” that is seen in our spiral galaxy, the growth patterns of plants (flower petals and seeds) and living things (shells), and in our own physical form (the proportional growth and length of our bones).

The visceral experience of hearing/generating/ feeling/perceiving these particular frequencies and sonic relationships has a resonance and harmonization with our own bodies and with the natural world of which we are an essential part.

As an environmental educator/artist, somatic therapist, and musician/ sound healer for over 30 years now, I have come to understand that we are/ our modern world is out of tune with the natural world and with our own bodies/ ourselves, and that this creates a pervasive and chronic feeling of "off-ness", discomfort, anxiety, and dis-ease.

And I have seen time and time again that a deep listening experience with these beautiful instruments and with these particular frequencies restores a sense of peace and well-being, through attunement and harmonization.

It is with this understanding that I am thrilled to have the opportunity to broadcast these harmonious frequencies.

The beautiful back story:

During the Sacred Planet Great Goddess 1 Pilgrimage to Egypt in April 2025, I had the extraordinary opportunity to play the C-G crystal bowls (the Pythagorean fifth, the “Harmony of harmonies”) inside the King's Chamber of the Great Pyramid, and lead our group of 40 pilgrims from all over the world in the generation and amplification of these harmonic frequencies.  We were all brought there by my dear friend, Jocelyn Star Feather, founder of Sacred Planet.

On February 20, 2026 we returned to the Great Pyramid at the Saturn-Neptune conjunction on February 20th, and again, I had the opportunity to generate the Pythagorean fifth with my bowls and lead our group in resonating with and amplifying these frequencies.

With that second opportunity, I called our first Global Sonic Attunement & Activation.

Since then, our group that traveled to Egypt together have been doing a daily sonic meditation at 3 pm EST to continue to generate and vibrate these frequencies and continue to create a coherent state with Our Body of Water.

We invite you to vibrate with us so that these same frequencies can be generated and amplified from as many places as possible around the world, at the same time!
