Activation Weekend INCLUDES:

*14 Continuing Education Units available for yoga teachers that take the entire weekend.

All weekend we will practice specific yoga techniques- asana and pranayama, mantra, yantra and kriya- to vitalize each chakra,

in addition to learning about the physical, emotional, and energetic associations of each chakra.

‍

By the end you will feel fully embodied and absolutely radiant,

and will leave with an abundance of yoga tools to integrate into your home practice.

Saturday September 24:

12:15-12:30 Welcome Circle

12:30-2:30pm: Root Chakra Activation

3-5pm: Sacral Chakra Activation

‍
5:30-7:30 pm: Navel Chakra Activation

8-9 pm: Sonic Tonic Crystal Bowl Sound Bath

Sunday September 25:

11am-1pm: Heart Chakra Activation

1:30-3:30 pm: Throat Chakra Activation

‍
4-6 pm: Third Eye Chaka Activation

6:30-8:30 pm: Crown Chakra Activation

8:30-9 pm Closing Circle

This is a LEVEL 1 Chakra Activation Yoga experience and is suitable for yoga students of ALL LEVELS as well as yoga teachers.

Yoga teachers that complete the entire weekend are eligible to receive 14 CEUS (Continuing Education Units) for Yoga Alliance requirements.

Yoga teachers completing Level 1 Activation are then eligible for Brooke's Level 2&3 Chakra Activation Yoga Teacher Certification.

*** Brooke Smokelin's Chakra Activation Yoga is a unique fusion of classic, static hatha asanas and rhythmic, dynamic kundalini kriyas, aimed to awaken, explore, and balance the physical, metaphysical, emotional, psychological, energetic, and vibrational elements of each of the 7 chakra-energy centers. Brooke has 25 years of yoga teaching experience; she is a certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher and an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher and Continuing Education Provider with Yoga Alliance.
